In year’s past, chemical engineering has gotten a bad rap. But chemical engineer Rose Amal is on a mission to prove to the world that perception is unfair. Her work looks at using sunlight to produce hydrogen, which can be used as a clean energy source. She’s also training up the next generation of chemical engineers to focus on building a more sustainable world.
